A Health Fair visits the Ipswich Cornhill today, featuring a variety of information on how you can improve your lifestyle.
People attending the event will have the opportunity to discuss healthier choices in a relaxed environment with a range of stalls offering free information, guidance and giveaways.
The Health Fair gives opportunity to all age groups and includes; a fitness taster sessions, general alcohol awareness and a chance to ride on the Smoothie Bike.
There's also a free health check included for those between the ages of 40 and 60.
