How do I update my contact details

You can update your Housing Online contact details anytime. 

Here's a how to video on how to do this.

Here are instructions on how to update your details:

1. First you need to have already set up a Housing Online account at: www.ipswich.gov.uk/housingonline 

2. You then need to click on the pink button that says Register for Housing Online.

3. Next you need to input your email address and then you can create a password for your account.

4. Once your account has been set up, you can now log in and check and update your details.

5. Click on my contact details and here you can update your email address, phone number and emergency contact details.

 Your contact details are now up to date.
