By road

To Piper’s Vale Car Park:

Piper’s Vale car park is at the junction of Sandy Hill Lane (off Landseer Road) and Gainsborough Lane.

To Bridge Wood Car Park:

Bridge Wood car park is off Nacton Road/A1189, along the former airfield perimeter track and over the bridge over the A14.

Be advised that there is no longer a right turn into Orwell Country Park along Nacton Road/A1189. You must go around the roundabout and take the third exit.
