Fonnereau Neighbourhood - Land South of Railway Line, Westerfield Road

•  The Reserved Matters Application for Phase 1 of the Fonnereau Neighbourhood (reference IP/23/00977/REM) was approved on the 30th August 2024.  The application relates to the scale, appearance, access, landscaping, and layout in relation to the erection of 198 dwellings and is pursuant to outline planning permission IP/14/00638/OUTFL. •  A revised Phasing Strategy pursuant to Condition 10 of IP/14/00638/OUTFL was approved on 1st July 2024. The revised Phasing Strategy altered the distribution of affordable housing across Phases 1 and 2 and the areas for Phases 1 and Phase 2. Henley Gate Neighbourhood - Land North of Railway Line and East of Henley Road

• The Reserved Matters Application for Phase 2b was approved on the 30th August 2024. •  The Reserved Matters Application relating to the scale, appearance, landscaping and layout for Phase 3b was considered by Planning and Development Committee on 26th June 2024 where it was resolved to approve the application. •  The Reserved Matters Application relating to the scale, appearance, landscaping and layout for Phase 3a comprising 96 dwellings, a local centre, parking, landscaping, earthworks and other associated works was approved on 20th May 2024. • Works to create the Country Park are ongoing. 

• Construction works for Phase 1 by Crest Nicholson, Phase 2a by Barratt David Wilson, and the Core Infrastructure for Phases 1b, 2, and 3 are ongoing.
