You are now able to make online applications for many licences via our website
If you have an existing licence with Ipswich Borough Council or have had a licence with us you will need an activation key. Please email us and we will provide you with that key.
You will still need to send any relevant documents to us at the moment as we are unable to accept them via this service.
The British Beer and Pub Association have provided some free publications for Premises Licence Holders including Challenge 21 posters.
Please be aware that from 2nd March 2015 a new Drug Driving law came into place and includes some prescription drugs.
Make sure that you read the information and fully understand what drugs could affect you or you may lose your licence.
The Microchipping of Dogs Act came into effect in April 2016. It is now an offence not to have your dog micro-chipped unless it is registered as a working dog or younger than 8 weeks old.
This means that any dog breeder should have any puppies that they sell micro-chipped if they more than 8 weeks old.
