Location and opening times

The Cemetery Office is closed to the public during this emergency but we are happy to help with family history and other enquiries if you email us at Cemetery.Lane@ipswich.gov.uk

All the information regarding our crematorium and four cemeteries can be found on our new website www.ipswichcemetery.co.uk.

The four Ipswich Cemeteries and the Crematorium are in north Ipswich.

The office is situated adjacent to the Lawn Cemetery and is accessed via Cemetery Lane. There is a small car park at the front of the office.

*Please note

Disabled parking available next to West Chapel (3 bays).
New Cemetery vehicle gates (Belvedere Road) are closed on weekends.
Old Cemetery vehicle gates (Cemetery Road) are closed Monday-Friday, but open on weekends.
Temple of Remembrance opens at the same time as the cemeteries, but closes 15 minutes beforehand.
