Our online services / accounts for Benefits, Council Tax and Business Rates will be unavailable for system maintenance from 22:00 on the 31st March until 14:00 on the 1st April 2024.

Our online Landlord Portal

If you receive Housing Benefit on behalf of your tenant/s, the only way to view your Housing Benefit payments and notification letters is online.

You must register for an online account if you have not already done so.

An online account will allow you to view and download current and historic payment details, letters and information on Discretionary Housing Payments.

To register complete the application form below. You will then receive two emails containing your username and temporary password for the Portal.

You will need to provide:

  • Your Landlord reference (shown on previous Landlord Schedules)
  • An e-mail address so that we may contact you and send you updates about changes to the Portal
  • A daytime telephone number

If you experience any problems registering or if you have forgotten your username or password please email our Systems Team for technical support.
