[CLOSED] Community Resilience Fund 2023/24

You are here

The Community Resilience Fund is no longer open for applications for 2023/24. Ipswich Borough Council awarded grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCFSE) groups operating in the borough of Ipswich to assist them in adapting or expanding their provision and services that aim to ease the financial burden caused by the cost-of-living crisis and support the local community during this time.

As of April 2024, all funds have been dispensed and we can no longer accept applications.

This scheme offered grants of up to £2,500 to voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations. A total of £40,000 was available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This years Resilience Fund had a focus on direct provisions for food and established warm spaces for residents.

If your group already runs activities then we can support additional provisions within this. In particular, we would like to see evidence within any application that:

  • You currently have an established venue and user base.
  • The funding will directly support purchasing of food/warm space provision.

All VCFSE groups were eligible to apply, provided funding requested will contribute towards an existing project, initiative or service that seeks to support residents with the cost-of-living crisis.
