Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) on 1 April 2023. The Regulator has introduced TSMs to make it easier for people to compare landlords on a like-for-like basis.
Ipswich Borough Council have several temporary housing units in Ipswich. East Villa is the newest site which opened on the 1st August 2019 and has 45 rooms within the facility.
