Ipswich Borough Council and the former Suffolk Coastal District Council portion of East Suffolk Council have undertaken a joint Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).

The Council has prepared a Housing Delivery Action Plan which provides an analysis of the key reasons for the under delivery of housing against annual housing targets set out in the Ipswich Local Plan.
