If, when the Council's Complaints Procedure is completed, you are still not satisfied and wish to pursue the matter further you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
The Housing Ombudsman Service is set up by law to look at complaints involving the tenants and leaseholders of social housing landlords and other housing organisations registered with them.
