Ipswich Art Gallery is currently closed. It will reopen along with the redeveloped Ipswich Museum in 2025.

Originally in a purpose-built late Victorian building, the functions of museum, library and gallery were combined. The library was removed in the early 20th century but the Art Gallery and the Museum continued to share premises into the 1970s.
Women 100 is a Government Equalities Office funded project that will celebrate 100 years of women getting the vote with an exhibition of women artists at Ipswich Art Gallery.
