This summer, we’re celebrating 30 years of Crucial Crew!
Every year since 1994, a fortnight in June has seen the Council's Community Safety Team and partner organisations sharing great advice about keeping safe with the town’s 10- and 11-year-olds. That’s more than 43,500 young people who’ve had a lot of fun while learning how to keep themselves and others safe.
We’ve launched a 30th anniversary colouring competition and if you’re 11 years or younger, you can enter this competition for free.
We will be picking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for these amazing prizes:
1st Ipswich Town Football Club Home Shirt (Medium) and an Ipswich Town Football Club Drinks Bottle and a Family Swimming Ticket to Crown Pools
2nd £20 Smyths Toy Store Voucher and a Family Swimming Ticket to Crown Pools
3rd Family Swimming Ticket to Crown Pools.
How to enter
Find the design here to download and print out, or collect a copy of it from Gainsborough Sports Centre, Whitton Sports Centre, Crown Pools, the Town Hall or Grafton House. Then get colouring and give us your best and brightest effort.
Fill in your name and age too, at the top of the colouring sheet (with your parent or guardian’s contact email address, so we can let you know if you’ve won a prize).
Return your entry by dropping it in to Gainsborough Sports Centre, Whitton Sports Centre, Crown Pools, the Town Hall or Grafton House.
The competition closes on Friday 31 May 2024.
The winners of the competition will be announced during the first week of the 2024 Crucial Crew which takes place from 3-14 June.
