Please note if you have submitted a search containing CON29 enquiries, you will receive a confirmation of payment receipt, which is not for VAT purposes. A VAT receipt will be issued with your search results on completion
Alternatively, we can accept payment through BACS; this will need to be set up by emailing banking.income@ipswich.gov.uk. Full details of the procedures and bank account details will be provided.
Please note, if you are VAT registered and if you wish to seek agreement for self-billing, it is your responsibility to send us a self-billing agreement which needs to be signed by both parties, the local authority as the supplier and yourselves as the self-billing customer.
